Basic Requirment

Tourist/Business Visas:

 

Personal Documents:

  • A valid passportthat expires in no less than 06 months after the expiry of the intended date of departure (at least two unused/blank visa pages).
  • Two recent colour photographs(size 3.5 X 4.5 cm or passport size) on matt paper with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses. Please note: the photo should not be more than 03 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas. The applicant’s ear must be visible in his/her photo.
  • Vaccination certificate(minimum 2 doses) – if applicable
  • Birth Certificate (for Children)
  • Marriage Certificateor Divorce certificate copy (For family tour per religion). – If an applicant applies with family but his / her name is not mentioned in the spouse’s passport or vice versa then a marriage certificate copy is mandatory.

 

Professional Documents:

For Employee: NOC Letter on company padOffice ID card, and Visiting Card.

  • Pay Slip(last 3 months) / Salary Certificates.
  • If Salary statement is available, then Pay slip/Salary certificates are not required.
  • BMDC certificate or Letter from the hospital if the applicant is a doctor.
  • Bar Council Certificate or Letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer.
  • GO and Note verbal (for official passport holders)

 

    For Businessperson:

  • Trade license(renewal) required for proprietorship, Business Agreement/Deed copy for partnership and Memorandum of the articleCertificate of incorporationForm XI for limited company.
  • Business cards.
  • Company pad.
  • For Student: Student ID card.
  • For Retired Person: Retirement documents

 

 

Financial Documents:

  • Original Bank Statement andSolvency certificate (Current 06 Months of transaction History

 

Other Documents:

  • Hotel Booking, Airplane Ticket Booking Copy
